Your Coaching Business Makeover
Dear Coach,
Ever wished there was a way to
make over your coaching business?
You’re sitting in the audience, watching a famous coaching guru talk about how she made it big. All of a sudden she looks directly at you and says, “Come on up here, Coach Connie. I have chosen you – yes, you – for a coaching business makeover.”
You stumble up on stage, completely befuddled and bewildered. The audience claps wildly. The friend who came with you is laughing. The guru nods encouragingly.
Then she puts her arm around you, faces you toward the camera and says, “Coach Connie, today is the day your dreams come true. My team of business makeover experts is waiting backstage. They are going to transform you and your coaching business.”
Okay. So maybe it isn’t quite that easy. But you’re not asking for easy. You’re willing to put in the work. You just need a little bit of help so it isn’t quite so hard.
Building your coaching business doesn’t have to be so hard.
There may not be a makeover team waiting backstage to transform your Duckling coaching business into a Swan enterprise. But sitting right there in your business building tool kit is the way to get everything you want.
* The way to do less marketing and more coaching.
* The way to increase sales and make more money.
* The way to feel great about yourself and your business.
And you don’t need the latest, greatest celebrity coaching guru or the latest, greatest marketing program being touted all over the internet. All you need is you and the willingness to give what I’m suggesting a try.
What I’m suggesting is writing.
Write your way to more everything –
more clients, more sales, more money, more confidence.
That’s how the super stars in our coaching world do it. They write. They write about themselves and their businesses. That’s why we know about them.
They write articles and books and e-books. That’s why we regard them as experts.
They write informational products and content-driven programs and membership sites. That’s why they are making so much money.
You can do the same thing the super star coaches do.
You can write your way to success.
I don’t mean you have to create the in the stratosphere super successful coaching businesses they’ve created – unless, of course, that’s what you want to create. If that’s what you want, then go for it!
You are in the driver’s seat here. You get to make over your coaching business into whatever you want.
So what do you want for your coaching business?
- A full schedule of ideal coaching clients? Done!
- Fully booked classes and group workshops? Done!
- A healthy bank account balance? Done!
How do you want to feel?
- Confident and self-assured? Done!
- Proud? Done!
- Like you’re making a difference? Done!
You don’t have to be a skilled writer.
You can achieve that and more, and you don’t have to be a skilled writer. Ask any professional writer you know. They will tell you writing isn’t so much about talent or skill as it is about just diving in and doing it.
They will also tell you the more you write, the better you get at it. I did. The super star coaches did. And you will. Writing is like a muscle. The more you exercise it, the stronger it gets.
I’ve got a proposition for you.
Give me four hours of your time over the next four months. That’s one hour a month. And I will show you what you need to know to get started writing for your coaching business.
Just four hours to learn what you need to know to transform your Duckling coaching business into a Swan enterprise that you can be proud of.
Just four hours, and then you can start:
* Speaking and writing so persuasively and powerfully about you and your business that you will have clients flocking to your door;
* Producing value-packed content marketing that showcases your expertise, establishes your credibility, and makes you the go-to person for your market;
* Writing informational products that sell like hotcakes, make you lots of money, and keep making you lots of money long after you’ve stopped writing them; and
* Coaching more, marketing less, and feeling great about your coaching business.
Does that sound like something you want? Yes?
Click here right now to register for the teleclass series.
Need more information? Sure. Here it is.
For the first time ever, I’m offering a 4-part teleclass series that is everything you need to know to get started writing and to get started making over your coaching business. Well, not everything. As much as I could cram into four hours – the most important stuff.
And here’s the best news of all. You’re going to be one of the first people to ever take this particular series. That means you get to participate at a crazy good introductory price. But more about that later.
“Your Coaching Business Makeover”
Here’s what you’ll be getting:
* 4 one-hour teleclasses
* Audio recordings of each class
* Learning Guides for each class
* Bonus: “The Mini Makeover,” a private 30-minute session with me
The teleclasses are chock full of the information to get you up and writing as quickly as possible so your makeover can begin as quickly as possible. I’m restricting the size of the class so the line will remain clear and we can stay in conversational mode throughout each class. That way you can participate directly – ask questions, make comments, get some laser coaching – and wring just as much as possible out of each and every class.
The audio recordings will be delivered quickly (usually within 24 hours) after each class and are particularly useful if you can’t attend a class in person – although I do hope you will be able to come to all the classes. That’s the best way to get the most out of the program.
The Learning Guides will also be delivered after each class (also usually within 24 hours), and they are a written version of my presentation notes. That way you won’t have to take notes during class. You can just sit back, relax, and focus on what’s being discussed. If you can’t attend class and don’t like audio recordings, the guides are another way to receive and process the information you missed. They are also a handy reference to add to your business library.
The Mini Makeover is a private 30-minute session with me to address any specific challenges or questions that may come up for you during the teleclass series. Normally I wouldn’t offer this type of bonus as part of such a reasonably priced program. However, I want you to get your makeover going just as quickly and as smoothly and as on target as you possibly can. The Mini Makeover is a great way to do that.
Here’s the lowdown on the classes.
Please bear in mind that the teleclass series is a work in process. If I know me, I will be tweaking and refining and massaging right up to the very last minute. That way I know I will be giving you your money’s worth and then some. But here are some of the highlights of what to expect.
Class #1: The Writer’s Block Buster
(Thursday, May 20th; 3-4 pm ET)
Writer’s block – it plagues every writer, novice and pro alike. In just one month, Google recorded 129,982 searches for information about writer’s block. So it’s a common affliction and, if you suffer from it, you are not alone.
Of course that’s not much comfort when you are staring at your blank computer screen or your empty pad of paper, and the only thing that’s blanker or emptier is your mind. Ouch! It’s enough to make you give up before you ever get started.
It’s a crying shame. Because there is no such thing as writer’s block. Not really. It’s a misunderstood phenomenon, and that’s why most people don’t know what to do about it. But I do.
And you will too. Because I’m going to tell you how to figure out what is really going on when you experience writer’s block. And then I’m going to share at least 5 surefire techniques that will bust through the toughest of writer’s blocks.
This is going to be a block buster of a class. You won’t want to miss it. (Block buster of a class? Get it? I crack myself up sometimes. Okay. Maybe it’s not that funny after all.)
Class #2 – The Coach’s Firewalk
(Thursday, June 17th; 3-4 pm ET)
Have you ever done a firewalk? I have.
To the casual observer, a firewalk is when some nut cases – excuse me – when some people get together to walk barefoot over a bed of hot coals. And that is indeed what a firewalk is all about. But it’s also about something else.
It’s about rewriting the false stories we tell ourselves – like fire always burns. It’s about reframing the self-limiting beliefs we hold – like I could never walk on hot coals. It’s about stepping over the baseless fears that hold us back – like I’m going to burn my feet. And finally, and most importantly, it’s about taking the steps that will get us where we want to go – like to the other side of the fire pit.
Rewriting false stories. Reframing self-limiting beliefs. Stepping over baseless fears. Taking steps to reach our goals. Sounds a whole lot like coaching, doesn’t it?
So that’s what you’re going to do in this class. You’re going on a writing firewalk. You’re going to step over, walk through, and get past all those false stories, self-limiting beliefs, and baseless fears you’ve been hanging onto about writing.
Then you’ll be ready to walk the coals of the writing fire. You’ll be ready to write. You will be willing to pick up your pen and write your coaching business to the next level and the next and the next.
Class #3 – Your Writer’s Compass
(Thursday, July 15th; 3-4 pm ET)
If I could only share one tip, one trick, or one technique with you, it would be the writer’s compass. This is the secret that transforms writing lives (and business lives) forever. It changed my life, and it will change yours.
It’s a deceptively simple technique. If everyone used it, no one would ever hire a professional writer again. That’s how easily it keeps you on track while you write. That’s how much it streamlines your writing process. That’s how focused and effective it makes your writing.
We’re going to take the writer’s compass, and we are going to pull it completely apart. We’re going to deconstruct it in such a way that you can take advantage of every single bit of power it contains every time you sit down to write, no matter how large or how small your writing project.
Then we are going to take a real life example – a writing project someone in the class is about to start – and we are going to put theory into practice so you will know exactly how to apply the writer’s compass to your next writing project.
If you aren’t always sure what to write about or where to start or even who you’re writing to or why, then make sure you get to this class. It’s a doozie!
Class #4 – The Coach’s Writing Strategy
(Thursday, August 19th; 3-4 pm ET)
No matter how many tips or tricks of the trade or miracle techniques I share with you about writing, one fact remains. There are still only 24 hours in every day. And that is never enough time for someone who owns her own coaching business.
So you need to figure out how to write less and accomplish more. How to write smarter, not harder. How to make the precious time you carve out of your hectic schedule for writing pay off in very large dividends.
And that’s exactly why the writing strategy exists. And the editorial calendar. And the whole wonderful concept of repurposing. We’re going to talk about all of this. Plus the best ways to use writing to achieve your business and marketing goals.
In other words, this class is all about getting the biggest bang for your writing buck. This is the down-to-earth, practical information you need to turn writing into the most powerful business building tool you’ve got. This is the step-by-step action plan that spells out exactly how you are going to use writing to make over your coaching business.
What’s the schedule?

The $64,000,000 Question – How much?
As I mentioned before, you are getting this program for an insanely good price – to say nothing of the Mini Makeover private session I’m throwing in for free.
For this time only, you can purchase the entire 4-part teleclass series for just $96.
I know. It’s nuts. I’m nuts. Everyone is telling me I’m not charging enough, and they’re probably right. But $96 is what I’m charging for the first time I’m offering the program. Next time will be a different story!
When do I have to decide?
Right now!
I’m limiting the class size to 30 people. I don’t like those calls where there are hundreds of people on the line. I don’t like to attend them, and I certainly don’t like to facilitate them. I prefer the give and take of a smaller group.
Besides, there’s no way I could offer Mini Makeovers to hundreds of people.
So if you aren’t really serious about wanting to use writing to build your coaching business, then please go spend your $96 on something else. Don’t take a seat away from someone who is chomping at the bit.
“Your Coaching Business Makeover” is only for people who are truly committed to doing what it takes to make over their coaching business.
If that’s you, click here now to register.
See you in class.
In the meantime, write on!
