How the virtual retreat works
On Tuesday, March 15th, at 1 pm Eastern, you will either dial in via phone or join the webcast from your computer for the first day of our virtual retreat. Be sure you bring the Quickstart Overview and your completed Master Communicator Prep with you.
I’ll present some content, ask you to go away to do some work, and request you be back on the call at a certain time. You’ll hang up (phone) or mute (webcast), work on the exercises, and dial back in/unmute at the designated time. I’ll present more content and send you away again to do some work.
I’ll be on the line and available for questions during the work periods. First come, first served. All content sessions will start promptly at the designated time. We will wrap up circa 5 pm Eastern, depending on questions at the end.
After the first retreat day is over, you will receive your Smart Communicator Prep to be completed before March 23rd. On Wednesday, March 23rd, at 1 pm Eastern, you will either dial in via phone or join the webcast from your computer for the second day of our virtual retreat. Be sure you bring your Quickstart Overview and completed Smart Communicator Prep with you. The second day of the retreat will proceed in a similar fashion to the first day.
On Tuesday, March 29th, at 4 pm Eastern, you will either dial in via phone or join the webcast from your computer. We will spend the time answering any questions you may still have about your communications plan. You can send your questions in ahead of time or ask them live. The call will continue until there are no more questions or until my voice or energy gives out.
Complete recordings of both retreat days and the bonus Q&A call plus copies of the presentation slides will be made available to everyone who registers for the program. However, this program is designed to be a hands-on, work-it experience. The best way to take complete advantage of what the program has to offer is to attend in person.
